The tiebreakers
Reverse-engineered against Omnidex's own published figures for all 417 players of SEA National 2026 and matching to four decimal places:
MW% = matches won ÷ matches played. A draw counts as a match played but not won, so it is worth nothing here — not a third of a win as in Magic. Byes are excluded from both sides of the fraction (they still pay 3 score points).
GW% = games won ÷ games played, with no minimum applied to your own figure. Byes contribute no games.
OMW% and OGW% are the plain average of your opponents' figures, each one floored at 33.33% first. The floor applies only to opponents, never to yourself. An opponent you played twice counts twice.
Standings sort by score, then OMW%, then GW%, then OGW%. Ties surviving all four are broken by registration time, which the API does not expose — so the very last seat can differ by one place from Omnidex in a dead heat.
Team events
In a 3v3 (or any team-… format) Omnidex has no per-player standings — the team name is the identity, and there is no ID beside it. Fill field 1 with the team name; the box suggests every team in the event once it loads. If you'd rather not type the name, put any teammate's Omnidex ID in field 2 and the team is looked up from the roster.
The maths is unchanged, just one level up: a team round is a single match won or lost by the team, scored 1–0, so a team's GW% and MW% move together and OMW% averages the opposing teams' match-win percentages. Verified against Omnidex's figures for a completed 3v3.
Dropped opponents
A player who drops stops appearing in pairings, so their MW% freezes exactly where it stood. They keep counting in your OMW% at that frozen value and can never lift it again — which is why a dropped opponent is as good as dead weight for your breakers.
The simulation
This round is played on the real pairings, with your own result forced to what you chose and every other table a coin flip. Any Swiss rounds after this one are paired the way Swiss pairs — inside score brackets, avoiding rematches — and played out the same way. Winners take 2–0 or 2–1; simulated intentional draws are not modelled, so if the top tables are likely to draw, treat the numbers at the very top as a little pessimistic.
